The longer version
The documents worth putting there are the ones you are always asked for and never have: the tenancy agreement, the receipt for the year you paid up front, the guarantor letter, the inventory from move-in.
What your manager sees
Your vault is yours. What you upload there is not on your manager’s screen. Documents your manager shares with you, like your lease, come the other way. The two do not mix, and that is deliberate.
A document you open is fetched fresh each time and the link stops working shortly after. It means a link you forwarded last month does not quietly still open your lease for somebody else.
