Short answer

In your payment history, against the payment itself, and you can open it as a PDF whenever you need it. Nothing expires and nothing has to be requested from anybody.

The longer version

Every payment keeps its own receipt: what it was for, the flat, the date, the amount and the reference. Open it, download it, forward it. The version you send your accountant in March is the same one that existed in June.

I rent here

On the Resident plan you also get the picture rather than the list: what went on rent, on power, on the service charge, month by month. It is the answer to where your salary went, and it is usually the service charge.

I paid cash. Do I get a receipt?
Yes, once your manager records it. It carries the same reference and the same PDF as a card payment.
Can I get a statement for my whole tenancy?
Your payment history covers everything on your flat since you joined, and every line has its own receipt.
