Short answer
Open the bill, tap to pay, and settle it by card, bank transfer or USSD. The receipt is in your phone and your manager sees it land at the same second, so nobody has to send a screenshot to anybody.

I rent here
What you will see raised against your flat: rent, power, service charge, fines, and the occasional other thing your manager needs to bill for. Each one carries its own due date, so a late service charge does not make your rent look late.
Paying part of it
If you and your manager have agreed on part payment, pay what you agreed. The bill shows what is still outstanding rather than resetting, so the balance you both see is the same number.
Without the Resident plan, a handling fee is added to a bill payment and shown to you before you confirm. On the plan there is no fee, which is why a household paying rent and a service charge every month is usually better off on the plan.
The habit worth forming: pay before the 5th. Most leases fall due around then, and an overdue badge on your own screen is a quieter reminder than a phone call from the estate office.
- I paid cash. Why is my bill still showing?
- Somebody has to record it. Ask your manager to record the cash payment against the bill and it will show as paid, with the same receipt as any other payment.
- Can I pay for somebody else?
- You can pay any bill you can see, which means your own flat. A parent paying for a child in another flat needs to be attached to that flat.
