Sign up with your email, confirm the six-digit code we send you, and you are in. If you rent or own where you live, you land in your own space for free; if you run a property, you pick the manager plan before you add your first property.

What happens next depends on who you are
I rent here
You get in free. You can see your space, see the bills raised against your flat, and pay them without paying us anything up front. The tools that do work for you (sending your visitor a code, logging a repair, booking the hall, opening your lease) unlock on the Resident plan at ₦3,000 a month.
Then get into your property
I rent here
You do not add a property, you join one. If your manager already sent you an invitation by email, click it and you arrive already attached to your flat. If nobody sent you anything, search for the property from your space and send a request; the manager approves it and you are attached.
There is no free trial and no card held on file for one. You pay when you decide to, and you get exactly what you paid for from that second.
