How do I change my password, my email, or my phone number?

2 min readUpdated 25 Aug 2026For renters, owners, managers, estate staff and gate teams

Short answer

All of it is in your settings, and the change is yours to make rather than something you request from anybody. If you have forgotten your password, ask for a reset on the sign-in screen and it comes to your email.

Who are you?

This one reads the same whoever you are

The longer version

  • Your name, your phone number and your photo: settings, change it, done.
  • Your password: settings, with your current one to confirm it is you.
  • A forgotten password: ask for a reset on the sign-in screen and follow the email.
  • Dark or light: settings. It follows you across your phone and your laptop.

Changing your email

Worth doing carefully, because your email is how you get back in and how invitations reach you. Change it, confirm the new one, and check you can still sign in before you lose access to the old inbox.

If your manager invited you to a property on your old email and you have not accepted yet, accept it first, then change your email. An invitation is tied to the address it was sent to.

The reset email is not arriving.
Check spam, and check you are asking for the address you actually signed up with. If you signed up with a work address and are checking a personal one, nothing is broken.
Can my manager change my details for me?
No. Your account is yours, which is also why they cannot lock you out of it.
