Pick the facility, pick your slot, and send the request. Your manager approves or declines it, you get told either way, and the double-booking argument on a Saturday morning stops happening.

Pick what you want and when, send it, and wait for the answer. Booking is on the Resident plan at ₦3,000 a month.
What makes this work in a real estate
- Requests are per slot, so two people cannot hold the hall for the same Saturday.
- A declined request says so, rather than going quiet, which is what causes somebody to show up anyway.
- A facility switched off does not take bookings, so nobody books a pool that is being drained.
If your estate charges for the hall, that is a bill raised the normal way once the booking is agreed. The booking and the money stay separate.
