Getting started, in five quiet minutes

JKJarakey·3 min read·Updated Apr 2026

You can have your first property live in five minutes. Here is the path that gets you there with the fewest detours.

1. Pick the plan that matches your role

If you are renting and want the app to work for you, pick Resident at ₦3,000 a month. If you run a property or a portfolio of them, pick Property Manager at ₦10,000 a month. The plan is the only thing that determines what you can do. Everything else is configuration.

2. Verify your email

A six-digit code lands in your inbox. Type it in. We do not text you marketing. We do not send anyone else a code about you. Email verification is a security gate, not a marketing pipe.

3. Pay through Paystack

Card, bank transfer, or USSD. The plan activates the moment Paystack confirms. We do not hold funds, we do not delay activation, we do not buffer for any operational reason.

4. Add your first property

Property managers, add a property: name, address, type. Then add units, one at a time or in bulk: the Units tab takes a CSV, and tells you exactly which rows landed and which did not. Tenants come in by invitation rather than by file, because a tenant row is an email to a real person. Residents, you do not add a property; you join one with an invitation from the manager, or you wait for the manager to add you.

5. Invite the people who actually live there

Tenant invitations go out by email. The tenant clicks, registers, lands in their app already attached to the right unit. They pay their plan, they are in. Onboarding is one click on their side.

Start with the part that works fastest.
